The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) – First Responder / Law Enforcement Officer Course is designed to equip non-medical and first-line personnel with the critical skills required to manage life-threatening injuries in high-risk and tactical environments.
Based on guidelines from the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, this course bridges the gap between traditional emergency care and tactical operations. It focuses on providing lifesaving interventions during active threats, mass casualty incidents, and hostile environments where standard EMS response may be delayed or limited.

| Participants will learn how to operate effectively across the three phases of care:
|
|
- Direct Threat Care (Hot Zone)
- Indirect Threat Care (Warm Zone)
- Evacuation Care (Cold Zone)
|
| Training is scenario-based, high-intensity, and focused on decision-making under stress.
|
|
|
Course Duration

| First Responder / LEO Level:

- Duration:b> 16 hours (8 hours classroom + 8 hours practical + Simulation)
- Fee: RM 1200/pax
- Requirement : Minimum 6 participants, No prior medical training is required (Preferably First Aid, CPR and AED Trained)

- Tactical mindset and situational awareness
- Threat-based casualty care principles
- Hemorrhage control (tourniquets, wound packing, pressure dressings)
- Airway management in austere environments
- Management of penetrating trauma (gunshot, blast injuries)
- Chest injuries and use of chest seals
- Casualty movement and extraction techniques
- Mass casualty incident (MCI) management
- Integration with EMS and rescue teams
- Use of Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK)
